This Advanced Asana Teacher Training is for dedicated practitioners and teachers who want to refine their practice and deepen their understanding of complex postures. We explore advanced asana through intelligent sequencing, biomechanics, strength and mobility, arm balances, inversions, and transitions.
You’ll learn how to break down advanced postures step by step and teach with clarity, confidence, and precision. This training is about moving beyond shapes – cultivating presence, control, and embodied intelligence, so advanced asana feels strong, safe, and purposeful on and off the mat.
This training is Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) certified, allowing certified teachers to count the hours toward their continuing education requirements.

This retreat is something I created from my heart — a space for you to slow down, soften, and feel held. In the middle of Bali’s lush nature, we step out of the rush of everyday life and come back to what truly matters: presence, connection, and care for ourselves.
We’ll move, breathe, rest, laugh, and share — with yoga that meets you where you are, moments of stillness, and enough space to simply be. You don’t need to be anything or do anything special here. Just come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply nourished — body, mind, and soul.
