Every body is welcome

You don't have to be bendy, strong, or brave to start.

Some come to me for their first handstand. Others come back to their mat after injury, after burnout, after years away, wanting to feel safe and strong again.

Both are welcome here, because the method is the same: we start where your body actually is, and build step by step, with structure, patience, and someone paying real attention.

Progress can look like a press handstand. It can also look like trusting your shoulders again, breathing easier, and walking out of a practice feeling more like yourself.

Hi, I'm Michelle

I didn't grow up flexible. I built this.

No gymnastics past, no dancer's hips, no natural bend in my spine. I found movement as an adult, somewhere between a corporate insurance job and a life that looked right on paper but didn't feel right.

Every skill I have today, I built from scratch, drill by drill. And that's exactly why I can teach it: every plateau you'll hit, I've been there, and I know the way through.
