The agreement, in plain language.

These terms apply when you book 1:1 online coaching with Mejomi Yoga. Please read them before you book. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Mejomi Yoga is operated by Mejomi LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

2. What these terms cover
These terms cover 1:1 online coaching and any live 1:1 sessions booked alongside it.
Other services have their own terms and are not covered here: the Mejomi Moves online studio runs on theclubb.co under that platform's terms, and teacher trainings, retreats and workshops are governed by the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
3. What 1:1 coaching includes
Every coaching package includes:
- A personalised training plan built for your goals, delivered as a shared document and updated throughout your package
- Written video feedback on practice clips you submit
- Weekly written check-ins
- Email support relating to your plan, with a response within seven working days
Coaching does not include:
- Access via WhatsApp or any other instant messaging channel
- Live 1:1 video sessions. These are available separately, see section 8
- Nutrition planning, medical advice, physiotherapy or rehabilitation programming
- Any guarantee of a specific result, timeline or skill
Coaching is delivered online. It is a personalised service and it is not transferable to another person.
4. Booking and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book coaching.
Before your package begins you will complete an intake form covering your training history, goals, injuries and current physical condition. Your plan is built from what you share, so please answer accurately and completely.
Coaching depends on a working fit between coach and client. Mejomi Yoga may decline or discontinue a booking where coaching would not be appropriate or safe. If a booking is declined before coaching begins, you receive a full refund.

All prices are in euros and are charged in euros. If your card or bank account is held outside the euro area, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Where tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
A package period runs from the date of your first payment. A one month package runs to the same date the following month, a three month package to the same date three months later, and so on.
6. Payment and automatic renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card or, within the SEPA area, by direct debit. Mejomi LLC does not see or store your full card or bank details.
Your package is charged in full at the start of each period.
Your package renews automatically. At the end of each period, the same package is charged again at the same price and for the same length, and your coaching continues without interruption. This repeats until you cancel.
So a three month package at 750 EUR is charged again three months later at 750 EUR, and a six month package at 1,320 EUR is charged again six months later at 1,320 EUR.
You receive an email reminder before each renewal charge, giving you time to cancel if you no longer want to continue.
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it over approximately two weeks and notify you by email. If it still cannot be collected, your coaching is paused and the package ends. Any fees charged to us by a bank for a failed or reversed payment may be passed on to you.
If prices change, the new price applies only to renewals occurring at least 30 days after we notify you. You will always be told before a price change affects you.
7. Cancelling your coaching
You can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no reason required, using the cancellation button at mejomiyoga.com/cancel. No login or account is needed to reach it.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep full access to your coaching until that date, and you are not charged again.
Because coaching is delivered continuously across the whole period, cancelling partway through does not produce a partial refund for the remaining weeks. Outside the withdrawal period described in section 9, package fees are non-refundable once the period has begun.
You will receive email confirmation of your cancellation, including the date it takes effect.
8. Live 1:1 sessions
Live sessions are optional and booked separately at 65 EUR each.
To reschedule, give at least 24 hours notice and we will move the session at no cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are treated as delivered and are not refunded or rescheduled.
If Michelle needs to reschedule a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund for that session, whichever you prefer.
Purchased sessions must be used within the coaching package they were bought alongside, or within three months of purchase if bought on their own.
9. Your right of withdrawal
This section applies if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. Email info@mejomiyoga.com with your name and booking details. A plain statement that you are withdrawing is enough, and you do not need to use any particular form.
Starting your coaching early. Coaching normally begins as soon as your plan is built, which is usually well within 14 days. If you ask us to begin before the withdrawal period ends, you are asking for the service to start early. You will be asked to confirm this expressly at checkout, and to acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal.
If you withdraw after coaching has begun but before it is fully performed, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been delivered, and the rest is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used originally.
If you have not asked us to start early, and coaching has not begun, you receive a full refund.
10. If you are in the United States
You can cancel at any time using the cancellation button at mejomiyoga.com/cancel. There is no phone call to make, no retention conversation to sit through, and no account to log into. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
Before you pay, the checkout page sets out the renewal terms in full: the amount, how often it recurs, and that your package continues renewing until you cancel. You accept those terms as part of completing your booking, and you receive a confirmation email restating them.
You also receive an email reminder before each renewal charge, in time to cancel if you no longer want to continue.
Coaching is not subject to an automatic cooling-off period in most US states, so the 14 day withdrawal right in section 9 applies to consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK. Where the law of your own state gives you greater rights than these terms do, that law applies and nothing here limits it.
If something has gone wrong with your coaching or your billing, email info@mejomiyoga.com and it will be dealt with directly.
11. Health, safety and your responsibility
Coaching involves physical training including yoga, mobility work, strength work and inversions such as handstands. Physical training carries a risk of injury.
Coaching is not medical advice. Michelle is a movement coach and yoga teacher, not a doctor, physiotherapist or licensed medical professional. Nothing in your plan is a diagnosis, treatment or medical recommendation.
By booking, you confirm that:
- You are in good enough health to take part in physical training, and you have consulted a doctor if you have any reason to be unsure
- You have disclosed any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or physical limitation relevant to training, and you will tell Michelle promptly if anything changes
- You will train in a safe environment with adequate space and appropriate equipment
- You will work within your own limits, stop if you feel pain, and not attempt anything you do not feel ready for
- You take responsibility for your own decisions about what to attempt in each session
If something in your plan does not feel right for your body, do not do it. Tell Michelle and it will be adjusted.
12. Limitation of liability
Mejomi LLC is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law.
For all other damages, liability is limited to those that were foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract, and in any case to the total amount you have paid for the coaching package concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
13. Your training materials
Training plans, videos, written feedback and any other materials created for you remain the intellectual property of Mejomi LLC. They are licensed to you for your own personal use during and after your package.
Please do not share, publish, resell or distribute them, or use them to coach others.
14. Confidentiality
Everything you share in coaching, including your intake form, your training history, your goals and your check-ins, is treated as confidential. It is used to coach you and nothing else.
Your progress, photos or videos will never be used publicly without your specific permission, asked for separately each time.

15. Ending coaching from our side
Coaching may be ended early if you behave abusively toward Michelle, repeatedly ignore safety guidance, or breach these terms in a serious way. Where that happens, you will be refunded on a pro rata basis for the part of your package not yet delivered, unless the breach caused loss that exceeds it.
If Michelle becomes unable to deliver coaching due to illness or another serious circumstance, you will be offered an extension of your package or a pro rata refund.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, for example when services or prices change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
Changes apply to bookings and renewals made after the update. You will be told about any material change before it affects a renewal.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, this choice of law does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not currently do so.
