My story

I know this feeling, because I lived it.

Nobody handed me a handstand. I didn't grow up in gymnastics, and my body wasn't naturally bendy. Every skill I have today, from my press handstand to my splits to the strength I teach with, I built as an adult, drill by drill, rep by rep.

Along the way I made every mistake I now help my clients avoid. I forced flexibility my body wasn't ready for. I trained hard without a plan and wondered why I plateaued. I collected random exercises instead of following a path.

Everything changed when I got structure. A real progression, honest feedback, and the patience to earn each step.

That's exactly how I coach now. I've taught hundreds of students in Bali and online, led teacher trainings, and helped women unlock skills they'd been chasing for years. Not with magic. With a plan that fits their body and a coach who pays attention.

Free 15-minute call

We talk about your goals, your history, your injuries, and your schedule. You ask me anything. We both find out if we're the right fit. No pressure, no obligation.

Movement assessment

You film a short sequence of movements I send you. This shows me your Point A: how your shoulders open, where your hips hold tension, what your foundation looks like.

Your personal plan

I build your program from zero, tailored to your body, your goal, and the time you actually have. You train on your schedule, wherever you are in the world.

Feedback that moves you forward

You upload training videos, and I watch every single one. You get specific, detailed feedback, personal video replies when needed, and adjustments to your plan as your body changes. We refine every cycle until the skill is yours.

The big question

Can online coaching really work?

When you film your training, I can pause, slow down, and study every angle of your movement. I catch details that are invisible in real time. And instead of trying to remember what a teacher said in class, you get written cues and video replies you can rewatch whenever you train.

You also stay free. Train at home, in a studio, on holiday. Your coaching travels with you.
