The heart behind Mejomi Yoga

My first yoga class was at 16… and I hated it. It felt boring, slow and just stretching. So I walked away. Years later, life brought me back. This time not for my body, but for my mind. Working as a sales manager in the fast-paced world of corporate insurance, I craved peace, clarity, and something real. I began practicing again alone in my living room, guided by YouTube.

Then COVID came. Suddenly, I had space. Time. Quiet. I practiced every day, and something shifted. I didn’t just move — I felt. 

I re-discovered parts of myself I didn’t know I’d lost.


Slowly, I fell in love with yoga — for real.

Yoga became my anchor.

IT HELPED ME GROW, SOFTEN AND EXPAND. I KNEW IN MY BONES: I NEED TO SHARE THIS.

Of course, the journey wasn’t perfect. I made mistakes, and I even got injured — which I’m now grateful for. It taught me how to listen, how to move with awareness, and how to guide others with care. I wasn’t always flexible either. What I have now came from years of dedicated practice, not shortcuts.

Today, my teaching is intuitive, fluid, and grounded. I guide you through movement that supports not only your physical body, but also your emotional and energetic layers. I hold space for your release, your growth, your becoming. Because yoga changed my life — and I believe it can change yours too. My mission is to empower you to move with intention, live with presence, and reconnect with your most authentic self. This world needs more peace, more courage, more community — and yoga gives us the tools to cultivate them.

I’m now based in beautiful Bali, where I teach in yoga teacher trainings and local studios. I also offer online group classes, private sessions, and personalized 1:1 coaching wherever you are in the world.
