Hi there, I’m Michelle, the heart behind Mejomi Yoga. Movement has always been my way of feeling alive, but years in the corporate world left me stressed, disconnected, and searching for more. Yoga was the doorway that brought me back home - to myself, to my body, to my truth. Today, I share this practice to help you find the same. Through energizing flows, grounding practices, and mindful teachings, I guide you to release what weighs you down and step into your strength, balance, and freedom. Mejomi Yoga is your space to grow, to breathe, and to come home to who you truly are.
